Our neighbours to the East, CCC 158 and CCC 179, form with CCC 157 a large condominium community of 250 units. We have a small playground within our grounds on Elaine Drive and we're also near Cummings Park, a larger playground with a splash pad and baseball diamond in summer and great outdoor rinks in winter.
Ogilvie Gate I is situated near main transit routes on Cummings Ave, Donald St and St. Laurent Boulevard, close to the Queensway and within walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants, gas stations, health care centres and schools. We are just a few short blocks from the Aviation Parkway bike path, a lovely walk all year round.
Ottawa is Canada’s capital. Sitting on the Ottawa River, it has at its centre Parliament Hill, with grand Victorian architecture and museums such as the National Gallery of Canada, with noted collections of indigenous and other Canadian art. The park-lined Rideau Canal is filled with boats in summer and ice-skaters in winter.
