Fences

All fences are owned and maintained by CCC 157. Nothing may be hung from, or leaned against fences. Chicken wire and lattice are not permitted. (Rules and Regulations section 14, page 5 rev. 2011 03 03)

Shopping Carts

Please return all shopping carts to the store you took them from.

Sheds

Maximum dimensions are: height 12" above tall fence, floor area 8'x9'. A Home Improvement Form is required before installation. (Rules and Regulations section 28, page 8)

Satellite Dishes

Satellite dishes may be installed by the unit owner only in the exclusive use rear yard as a free standing structure.They cannot be attached to your home, fence or shed. Unit owner must submit a Home Improvement Form for approval prior to installation. (Rules and Regulations section 4, pages 3-4)

Fire Places/Pits

Wood burning fireplaces and wood stoves are not allowed inside or outside of units. Zero clearance Natural Gas fireplaces are allowed; the installation must be done professionally. Before any work is done, the Unit Owner must submit a Home Improvement Form for approval by CCC 157. (Rules and Regulations Section 16, page 6)

Swimming Pools

Swimming pools capable of retaining 18“(45.72 cm) or more of water are not allowed. Wading pools must be emptied everyday, and when not in use, and when not supervised (Rules and Regulations section 32, page 8)

What Constitutes an Emergency? An emergency is when a situation involves danger to people and property. Contact the appropriate service: Police, Ambulance, Fire Department, etc.


Call 911 for crimes in progress and life-threatening emergencies.

After the immediate danger...

When the immediate danger has been dealt with, contact Premiere Property Management Associates at 613-236-3902. During regular business hours dial extension 21 or 28 to speak with an office staff.

After business hours, dial the above number and follow the prompts to reach the emergency service.

Example of emergencies: fire, flood, roof leak, loss of power, sewer back ups, broken window.

If your call is not an emergency, you may be charged back.

If your call is not of an emergency nature, please leave a message. Your call will be forwarded to your property manager on the next business day. Please exercise common sense when determining what is and is not an emergency.
